PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA IN FINE ART (1 YEAR)

 Artography Studio is a Fine Art college initiated to nurture the talent of emerging artists and promote art to create a more creative world. We are providing visual art education that combines traditional as well as digital art and photography. The courses we offer are a mix of lecture content, interactive workshops, and interaction with industry experts. Guest lectures by academic artists and industry experts in our art school are regular features of Artography Studio. 

This course is designed for students of fine art to achieve a new level of mastery in art-making. Diploma students spend 3 semesters/term of intensive work focussing on a specific area, with a variety of mediums & techniques. This will allow students to develop their artistic vision & technical proficiency and create a strong portfolio for further scopes, and they can work independently as an artist outside an academic environment.

1. TERM ONE (3 months) The focus of this foundation-level drawing course is on perception, learning to see the subject & objects in space, and translating the surrounding reality with line & shading. Exercises & assignments focus on volume, perspective, proportion, and composition as a way to translate what is seen onto the two-dimensional surface. Students work with the model, still life, and natural surroundings. This course is designed to prepare students for future drawing courses where they begin to look at how form and content work together.
2. TERM TWO (3 months) An introduction to the material and subject possibilities of painting, emphasizing construction, paint handling, & color. Exercises progress from simple to complex and prepare students for the future… Colour Value, Colour Techniques. Classroom sessions are devoted to drawing, and visits to major Indian museums, monuments, & galleries.
3. TERM THREE (4 months) This term focuses on expanding visions through creative and new ideas & techniques. Students develop their own style on their own projects or canvas and explore more dimensions of art like photography, digital art, or 3d and animation.
